Made-to-Order Products

Because our products are made specifically for each order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Color differences caused by screen or monitor settings

  • Items damaged after delivery through wear, washing, or improper care

Please review the product details, color options, and sizing guide carefully before placing your order.

30-Day Quality Guarantee

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery if you receive:

  • The wrong item

  • A damaged or defective item

  • An item with a printing or production error

  • An item that does not match the product ordered

  • Clear photographs showing the item and the issue

Providing this information helps us review and resolve your request as quickly as possible.

Refunds and Replacements

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide an appropriate replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.

Please do not return an item unless we provide return instructions. In many cases involving damaged, defective, or incorrect products, a physical return may not be required.
